The CORH Regional Leadership Certification is an intensive leadership development program designed to help regional and portfolio leaders think more strategically, build accountable teams, and improve property performance. Participants learn to manage competing priorities, diagnose operational challenges, read and interpret financial results, translate financial performance into action, and align their teams with ownership expectations.

Through five comprehensive courses, participants apply what they learn to real leadership challenges. To earn the certification, each participant must complete an individual Property Performance Plan and present their analysis, priorities, and recommendations during a final assessment. They leave with stronger judgment, greater confidence, and a clear framework for leading successfully at the portfolio level.
